VELVET STUDIO sells women’s ready-made fashion products including ethnic wear, workwear, lehenga, western dresses, Indo-western outfits, and kurti sets.

VELVET STUDIO sells ready-made women’s fashion products in standard sizes only.

We do not offer:

4. Colour, Fabric & Display Variation

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colours, designs, fabric appearance, and details as accurately as possible.

However, actual product colours may slightly vary due to:

11. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and serviceable pin codes.

VELVET STUDIO reserves the right to verify COD orders before dispatch through phone call, SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

COD orders may be cancelled if:

12. Shipping & Delivery

VELVET STUDIO ships across India through Shiprocket and multiple courier partners including Blue Dart, India Post, and other major courier services.

Average dispatch time is 5–7 days from order confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, weather, festivals, operational delays, strikes, public holidays, or other conditions beyond our control.

13. Return, Exchange & Refund

Return and exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, with original tags and packaging.

Products with perfume smell, stains, makeup marks, missing tags, damage, or signs of usage will not be accepted.

Sale and discounted items are non-returnable.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment source. For COD orders, refund may be processed through UPI or bank transfer after verification.

14. Cancellation

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, refund processing may take approximately 7 working days.
