How long will it take to dispatch my order?

Once your order is confirmed, our average dispatch time is 5–7 days.

We carefully check, pack, and process every order before dispatch so that your outfit reaches you in proper condition. During festivals, sales, high order volume, courier delays, or public holidays, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Do you ship all over India?

Yes, VELVET STUDIO ships across India through trusted courier partners.

We use Shiprocket as our shipping platform and may ship through courier partners such as Blue Dart, India Post, Shiprocket partner couriers, and other major courier services depending on your location and pin code serviceability.

Is shipping free?

Yes, we currently offer free shipping on orders placed through our website.

At present, we do not offer a separate paid shipping option unless specifically mentioned at checkout or in a special case.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and serviceable pin codes.

For COD orders, we may verify your order through phone call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email before dispatch. If confirmation is not received from the customer, the order may be held or cancelled.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, return or exchange requests are accepted only if the request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Are sale or discounted products returnable?

No. Sale and discounted products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

They can be considered only if you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product due to an error from VELVET STUDIO’s side, and the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos and unboxing video where applicable

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before dispatch.

Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If your prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund may take approximately 7 working days to process.

Do you provide custom size or made-to-order outfits?

No. VELVET STUDIO sells ready-made outfits in standard sizes only.

We do not provide custom sizes or made-to-order products for online orders. Please check the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order

Why does the product colour look slightly different from the photo?

We try our best to show product colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may slightly vary due to photography lighting, editing, screen brightness, mobile display settings, and device resolution.

Minor colour variation is normal and will not be considered a product defect.

How will I get my order tracking details?

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or your order page on the website.
